What to write about
- Data corrections: a changed opening time, an outdated price, a broken link. This is the email we appreciate most — tell us the page and what you saw on the ground.
- Partnerships: proposals from media, travel blogs or local operators connected to Palma and Mallorca.
- Photo rights: our images come from Wikimedia Commons with their licences credited. If you are the author of a photo and spot an attribution problem, write to us and we'll fix it as a priority.
What to include when reporting an error
Three things help us fix issues fast: the URL of the page concerned, the fact that's wrong (for example, "on Saturday they closed at 14:00, not 17:15") and when you checked it. A photo of the sign or your ticket is the best evidence you can attach. We verify every report against the official site before publishing a change, so corrections can take a few days to appear.
